Born and raised in Miami — a city shaped by the dreams of people who left everything behind. My family was part of that story. Cuban immigrants who arrived with nothing but faith, fire, and an unshakeable will to build something better.
I was raised not by just one, but by many — surrounded by a family that showed me what sacrifice, unity, and perseverance truly look like.
And while my entire family played a role in shaping who I am, it was the women in my family who took charge, worked tirelessly, and became my greatest heroes — they faced uncertainty, started from nothing, and still found the strength to move forward.
Because of them, I grew up believing one powerful truth:
"I can't" was never an option.
That belief shaped my life. It pushed me to rise, to lead, and to pursue a path where I could not only grow — but help others do the same.

I saw so many women holding back, questioning themselves, trying to do it all alone. And I knew… we were never meant to do this alone.
I've spent my career in leadership — building, scaling, mentoring. But my greatest mission has always been about creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to take the lead in their own lives.
So I built what we were missing. A safe space where women can be vulnerable and courageous in the same breath. A community where we lift each other up — not just cheer from the sidelines, but show up, link arms, and rise together.

That's why I created the #iWill Movement — International Women in Leadership. A community where women rise together, support one another, and step into becoming the CEO of their own lives.
